HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Mitsubishi Triton (MQ/MR 2.4L Front Mount 2015–on)

HPD's bar and plate front-mount intercooler kit upgrades the Mitsubishi Triton 2.4L (MQ and MR facelift) and the 2.4L Pajero Sport, and is proven in the Super Utes racing series. The 600×300×76mm core lifts cooling surface area from the factory 930cm² to 1800cm² (almost 200% more) and charge-air volume from 4640cc to 13680cc, around 295% more. Lower inlet temperatures also reduce engine running temperatures for consistent, sustainable power.

On track the kit has supported over 600Nm of torque and 180+ rwkw at 35+ psi of boost. It includes alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses and clamps, and laser-cut mounting brackets, installs without cutting the radiator support, and suits most winch and bull-bar setups.
