HPD's Australian-made FR3 front-mount intercooler kit suits Ford Ranger PX3 models (2018–2021) with the 2.0L 4-cylinder bi-turbo engine. It reduces inlet air temperatures and engine running temperatures using a rugged Bar & Plate core (600×300×76mm) paired with CNC-machined billet alloy mounting brackets and throttle body inlet elbow.
The kit runs alloy mandrel-bent 63mm piping with quality silicone hoses and clamps, and installs without cutting the radiator support. An optional air-cooled transcooler is also available to replace the factory coolant-fed unit, drawing steady airflow from the bumper and bullbar openings to rapidly lower transmission fluid temperatures.
