HPD's front-mounted intercooler kit for the 3.2L Ford Ranger PX (2012–2020) lowers inlet and engine running temperatures for more consistent performance, using a 600×300×76mm bar-and-plate core that adds 22% more cooling surface area and 232% more cooling volume than the factory unit. Its higher mounting position clears a winch and bull bar and reduces the risk of off-road damage, while a matched transmission cooler helps keep transmission temperatures down when towing or working hard.

Cooler intake temperatures allow a safe lift in torque and power, and the kit responds well to engine tuning. It includes alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses and clamps, laser-cut mounting brackets and a CNC billet MAP sensor boss for the OEM sensor, and fits without cutting the radiator support. Fitment on later PX3 models is involved, so professional installation by a qualified mechanic is recommended.
