HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Ford Ranger PK/PJ (Front Mount, Auto Cooler, 2006–2011)

This HPD intercooler kit suits the Ford Ranger PK/PJ (2006–2011) 3.0L, using a bar-and-plate front-mount core (450×300×76mm) to lower inlet and engine running temperatures. Its raised mounting position clears a winch and bull bar and sits where it is less likely to suffer off-road damage, while the cooler intake charge responds well to engine tuning for a safe gain in torque and power.

This is the automatic-transmission version, adding a 400×110×50mm transmission cooler upgrade. It includes alloy mandrel-bent piping (51mm hot side, 57mm cold side), quality silicone hoses and clamps, and laser-cut mounting brackets for a bolt-on fit with no piping holes to cut, requiring only a small modification to the factory bonnet latch support bracket.
