HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Ford Ranger PK/PJ (Front Mount, 3.0L, 2006–2011)

This HPD front-mount intercooler kit is designed for early Ford Ranger PK/PJ 3.0L models (2006–2011). It reduces inlet air and engine running temperatures, and repositions the intercooler into a higher location that clears a winch and bull bar while reducing the risk of damage when off-roading.

The kit uses a bar-and-plate core (450×300×76mm) with alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses and clamps, and laser-cut mounting brackets, running 51mm hot-side and 57mm cold-side piping. It is a bolt-on installation with basic workshop tools (a small modification to the factory bonnet latch support bracket is required) and responds well to engine tuning for a safe increase in torque and power.
