HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU TD42 (Front Mount, 1999–2003, 450×300)

HPD's front-mount intercooler kit for the Nissan TD42 GU Patrol pairs a 450×300×76mm bar-and-plate core with front mounting to deliver stable, cool inlet temperatures and support 150+kW at the wheels. By lowering inlet temperatures it also reduces engine running temperatures, avoiding the heat soak that top-mount and water-to-air designs suffer in low-speed, hard-slogging conditions.

The complete kit includes a CNC-machined inlet adaptor, 51mm hot-side and 63mm cold-side alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses, German load-rated clamps, three 1/8 BSP boost reference points and all mounting hardware, backed by a 1-year warranty. Note this kit is not suitable for a factory utility chassis and will not fit with the factory Nissan bullbar and winch without modification.
