HPD's front-mount intercooler kit for the early Mazda BT-50 3.0L (2006–2011) lowers inlet and engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power. Its higher mounting position clears a winch and bull bar while reducing the risk of damage during off-road use.
The kit uses a 450×300×76mm bar-and-plate core with alloy mandrel-bent piping (51mm hot side, 57mm cold side), quality silicone hoses, clamps and laser-cut mounting brackets. It responds well to engine tuning, and an optional 400×110×50mm transmission cooler upgrade is available for automatic vehicles.
