HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 100 (1HD-FTE Series 2 PRO Front Mount Auto)

This HPD Series 2 intercooler kit suits the Toyota LandCruiser 100 with the 1HD-FTE engine and is configured for automatic vehicles, where the factory transmission cooler will not fit alongside the intercooler. Its bar-and-plate core measures 600×280×76mm for a 1680cm² surface area and 12768cc volume — over 2.5 times the cooling area and over 3 times the volume of the 270×240×65mm factory core — while shorter pipe work runs directly from the intercooler to the turbocharger and inlet.

By lowering inlet temperatures it also reduces engine running temperatures, and the kit can support power well above 200kW at the wheels with a bolt-on Garrett turbocharger and supporting modifications. It offers improved ground and winch clearance and includes alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses, German load-rated clamps, laser-cut brackets, a replacement TIG-welded aluminium radiator overflow tank, and a 1 year warranty.
