HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Isuzu D-MAX / MU-X / Mazda BT-50 (4JJ3 2020–, Front Mount)

HPD's front-mount intercooler upgrade for the current-model Isuzu D-MAX/MU-X and Mazda BT-50 (4JJ3) is nearly twice the size of the factory unit. In dyno testing the cold-side temperature stayed at a consistent 40°C even after seven back-to-back power runs, against 65–70°C from the OEM intercooler, reflecting the Bar & Plate core's resistance to heat soak.

It features a 600×300×76mm Bar & Plate core, cast alloy tanks, a CNC-machined map sensor boss and 10mm billet "knuckle duster" mounting brackets, with piping increased from 2″ (50mm) to 2.5″ (63mm) for better breathing, performance and economy. The kit includes alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses and load-rated clamps, lowers inlet and engine running temperatures for consistent power, and is backed by a 1 year warranty.
