HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Navara D23 NP300 (YS23DDTT Twin Turbo, Front Mount)

HPD's front-mount intercooler kit cools the D23 NP300 Navara's YS23DDTT engine, which commonly runs intake temperatures above 90°C. Independent testing shows it drops intake temperatures by around 40°C for a 6kW power and 20Nm torque gain without tuning. The bar-and-plate core measures 600×300×76mm, lifting surface area to 1800cm² and volume to 13680cc — an increase of over 200% over the factory 540×155×80mm core.
A billet charge pipe adaptor with a dual seal eliminates the leaking common to the factory intercooler system, and the kit runs alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses, German-made clamps and laser-cut mounting brackets. Installation is non-invasive with no cutting of the radiator support required on most models, though vehicles with big chassis end plates or forward emergency braking radar may need modification.
