HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 105 (Front Mount, 1HZ→1HD-FTE Conversion)

This Series 2 HPD front-mount intercooler kit suits a 105 Series chassis originally fitted with the 1HZ and converted to a 1HD-FTE motor. Its shorter pipework runs directly from the intercooler to the turbocharger and inlet, and a TIG-welded aluminium radiator overflow bottle is supplied to clear the direct path, maintaining safe power up to 200kW at the wheels with supporting modifications and tuning.

The kit uses a bar and plate core measuring 500×275×76mm with alloy mandrel-bent piping (51mm hot side, 57mm cold side), lasercut mounting brackets, silicone hoses and German load-rated clamps, and is winch and bullbar compatible. Lowering inlet temperatures also helps reduce engine running temperatures. Automatic models require the transmission cooler option (400×110×50mm core).
