HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Mitsubishi Pajero NS–NX (Front Mount, Series 2, 2006+)

The HPD Series 2 front-mount intercooler kit suits the Mitsubishi Pajero NS/NT/NW/NX (4th generation), adding torque, power and reliability for towing and touring. Its 500×225×76mm bar-and-plate core lifts surface area to 1125cm² and volume to 8550cc — a 29% gain in cooling surface area and 50% more charge-air volume over the factory 470×185×65mm core, lowering inlet temperatures for safe power increases.

HPD mounts the core higher and routes the 57mm piping through the radiator support panel, shortening the pipework and reducing silicone joins for sharper response. The kit stays winch and bullbar compatible and includes alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses and clamps, and lasercut mounting brackets. As a front-mounted design it avoids the heat soak common to top-mount setups.
