HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU TD42 (Front Mount, 03–07, narrow radiator)

HPD's front-mount intercooler kit is engineered for the Nissan Patrol GU TD42 built from 2003 to 2007, fitting the Series 4 wagon with the narrow radiator only. Its 300×280×76mm bar-and-plate core supports up to 110kW at the wheels and holds a stable, cool inlet temperature in arid, rugged conditions.

Front mounting avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air designs, and by lowering inlet temperatures it also reduces engine running temperatures for safer, more reliable operation. The vehicle-specific kit comes complete with a CNC-machined inlet adaptor, alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses, load-rated clamps and all mounting hardware, and is backed by a one-year warranty.
