HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU (TD42 Top Mount HF, 2003–07)

HPD's direct-replacement high-flow top mount intercooler kit for the Nissan Patrol GU TD42 (2003–07), suited to factory-intercooled vehicles with the narrow 570mm radiator only. It uses a thicker 280×240×76mm bar-and-plate core with cast welded-on tanks, 63mm piping in place of the factory 57mm, a billet inlet adaptor, aluminium piping and silicone hoses, and includes an EGR delete kit.

Against the factory core it delivers a 33% larger cooling surface area and 44% more cooling volume, lowering inlet and engine running temperatures for consistent, sustainable power. The top-mount layout suits vehicles fitted with spotlights or winches that would otherwise reduce airflow through the front of the vehicle.
