HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota HiLux N80 (Front Mount, 1GD-FTV 2.8L, 2020+)

This front-mount intercooler kit suits the N80 GUN126R 1GD-FTV 2.8L HiLux, giving better all-round cooling and airflow. It comfortably supports modifications producing upwards of 200kW at the wheels while improving the factory air/fuel mixture for safer fuelling when tuning.

On a standard tune HPD recorded inlet temperatures reduced by 20°C and a 6kW gain at the wheels. The bar-and-plate core measures 500×300×76mm for 1500cm² of surface area and 11400cc of volume — a 56% increase in surface area and a 98% increase in volume over the factory core — with alloy mandrel-bent piping, silicone hoses and stainless steel brackets.
