Designed for Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series models fitted with the 1HD-FTE engine, which left the factory non-intercooled, this HPD front mount intercooler kit adds essential charge-air cooling. A CNC machined turbo outlet adaptor makes fitment straightforward, and the kit includes all mounting brackets, laser-cut bracketry, quality silicone hoses and a bonnet scoop.
The bar and plate core measures 400×200×76mm and runs 51mm alloy mandrel-bent piping with German-made load-rated clamps, suiting both factory and aftermarket turbo kits. By reducing inlet temperatures it also lowers engine running temperatures, and it supports engine tuning that can deliver torque and power gains of over 40% in most cases. Backed by a 1 year warranty.
