HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Ford Ranger RA Next-Gen (Front Mount, 3.0L V6, 2022–)

Designed to suit the RA (Next-Gen) Ford Ranger from 2022 onwards fitted with the 3.0L V6 diesel engine, including the Super Duty. The kit relocates the intercooler into a higher position that is less exposed to off-road damage and clears the way for winch and bull bar fitment, while delivering reduced inlet and engine running temperatures.

Proven to reduce intake temperatures by 30–45°C, lowering EGTs and allowing a technician to safely tune the V6 for more power and torque. It uses a heavy-duty Bar & Plate core measuring 500×400×76mm with cast alloy tanks, alloy mandrel-bent piping and silicone hoses, giving a 222% increase in volume and 247% more cooling surface area over the leak-prone OEM unit.
