HPD's largest-on-market Toyota HiLux D4D Series 2 intercooler kit moves away from the factory top-mount design for owners chasing more torque and power. It uses CNC-machined mounting bosses for the original air-temp and MAP sensors, delivers better cooling and improved flow for setups running aftermarket turbos and injectors, and is capable of supporting 200+kW at the wheels.

The kit is built around a bar-and-plate core measuring 600×300×76mm with alloy mandrel-bent 63mm piping, quality silicone hoses, CNC billet mounting bosses, German-made load-rated clamps and stainless steel laser-cut brackets. By reducing inlet temperatures it also lowers engine running temperatures, and being front-mounted it avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air designs during low-speed, hard work.
