HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU (Top Mount, RD28)

HPD's direct-replacement intercooler kit for the Nissan Patrol GU RD28 fits a larger bar-and-plate core (280×240×76mm) between HPD cast end tanks, using CNC-machined weld-on bosses that bolt straight into the existing frames. By reducing inlet temperatures it also lowers engine running temperatures, helping deliver consistent, sustainable power. Note this is a core-only replacement.

The kit uses 57mm intercooler inlet and outlet fittings and installs with basic workshop tools. As a top-mount design it suits vehicles fitted with accessories such as spotlights or winches that would otherwise reduce airflow through the front of the vehicle.
