HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU (ZD30 Common Rail, Top Mount)

The factory ZD30 Common Rail intercoolers are prone to leaking where the pressed end tanks meet the core, which can cause engine running issues. HPD's direct-replacement kit fits a larger, more efficient bar & plate core with a 9" thermo fan bolted underneath to keep intake charge cool at low driving speeds.

The factory core measures 170×250×60mm (425cm² surface area, 2550cc volume); the HPD core measures 280×240×76mm (672cm² surface area, 5107cc volume) — a 58% increase in cooling surface area and double the charge-air volume. This top-mount design suits vehicles fitted with winches or spotlights that reduce front airflow, and is rated to around 120kW at the wheels while improving torque, lowering intake and exhaust gas temperatures, and reducing engine running temperatures.
