HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Navara / Pathfinder D40 2.5L (Front Mount, TYPE 2)

HPD's front-mount intercooler kit for the Nissan Navara/Pathfinder D40 2.5L common-rail turbo diesel uses a larger-than-factory Bar & Plate core (450×300×76mm) and alloy mandrel-bent piping to replace the factory rubber hoses that balloon under load, sharpening throttle response and restoring lost power. Lower inlet temperatures also cut engine running temperatures, and the kit retains the OEM MAP sensor via a CNC-machined boost port on the intercooler tank.
