This HPD Series 2 front-mount intercooler kit suits the Toyota LandCruiser 80 Series with the 1HD-FT turbocharged 24-valve engine only. Shorter pipework runs directly from the intercooler to the turbocharger and inlet manifold, and this Auto Cooler version adds a transmission cooler for automatic models. Lower inlet temperatures also reduce engine running temperatures, supporting safe, sustainable power up to 200kW at the wheels with supporting modifications and tuning.
It features a 450×300×76mm core, alloy mandrel-bent piping (51mm hot side, 63mm cold side), a CNC-machined inlet adaptor, quality silicone hoses, German load-rated clamps and a 400×110×50mm transmission cooler. The kit suits both factory and aftermarket turbo setups and carries a one-year warranty.
