HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU (Top Mount, TD42, 2003–2007)

HPD's direct-replacement top-mount intercooler for the Nissan Patrol GU TD42 (2003–2007 factory-intercooled models), built with a thicker bar-and-plate core and cast tanks welded onto the core for longevity and performance. By reducing inlet temperatures it also lowers engine running temperatures for consistent, sustainable power.

The core measures 280×240×76mm against the factory 230×220×70mm, delivering a 33% increase in cooling surface area and a 44% increase in cooling volume. It bolts straight in with 57mm intercooler piping, a welded-in boost reference and CNC-welded mounting bosses. The top-mount design suits vehicles fitted with winches or spotlights that restrict airflow through the front of the vehicle.
