HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU (ZD30 Direct Injection, Top Mount)

The factory ZD30 intercooler is prone to leaking where the end tanks are pressed onto the core over a rubber O-ring, which can cause engine running issues. HPD's direct-replacement bar & plate core (300×280×76mm) lifts the cooling surface area from the factory 425cm² to 840cm² and charge-air volume from 2550cc to 6384cc — almost double the surface area and 2.5 times the volume — with a 9" thermo fan mounted underneath to hold temperatures down at low driving speeds.

Lower inlet temperatures improve torque and power while reducing engine running temperatures, and this top-mount kit is rated up to 130kW at the wheels, showing its potential once tuning modifications come into play.
