This HPD front-mount intercooler kit suits the 1HD-FT (24V) Toyota LandCruiser 80 Series and uses a 280 × 300mm winch-clearance core so it fits alongside a fitted winch. By lowering inlet air temperatures it also helps reduce engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power.
The vehicle-specific kit includes alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses and clamps, with 51mm hot-side and 63mm cold-side pipework, and suits both factory and aftermarket turbo setups. Being front-mounted, it avoids the heat soak that top-mount and water-to-air coolers can suffer during low-speed, hard-slogging work.
