The factory Pajero intercooler is prone to leaking and damage due to its position and design. HPD's direct-replacement kit uses heavy-duty cores and tanks to eliminate those issues while delivering better efficiency than standard.
It features a bar and plate core measuring 400×190×76mm, stainless steel laser-cut bracketry, CNC weld-on bosses and 57mm piping. By reducing inlet temperatures it also lowers engine running temperatures for more consistent, reliable power.
