HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 100 (1HD-FTE S2 PRO Front Mount, Manual)

This Series 2 1HD-FTE intercooler kit uses shorter pipework running directly from the intercooler to the turbocharger and inlet, and includes a TIG-welded aluminium radiator overflow bottle to suit that direct path. With HPD's bolt-on Garrett turbocharger kit and supporting modifications it can handle well above 200kW at the wheels, while offering improved ground and winch clearance.

The bar-and-plate core measures 600×280×76mm for 1680cm² of surface area and 12768cc of volume — over 2.5 times the surface area and over 3 times the volume of the factory 270×240×65mm core. By reducing inlet temperatures it also lowers engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power. The kit comes with alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses, German load-rated clamps and laser-cut mounting brackets, backed by a 1 year warranty.
