HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Holden Colorado RG (Front Mount, 2.8L, 2012–2013)

HPD's front-mounted intercooler kit is built specifically for the early-model Holden Colorado RG 2.8L, built up to October 2013 with the pneumatic-diaphragm throttle body and aluminium intake manifold. It centres on a 600×300×76mm bar-and-plate core with alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses and clamps, and laser-cut mounting brackets, running 51mm hot-side and 57–63mm cold-side piping to the intake.

By lowering inlet temperatures the kit delivers more consistent, sustainable power, with up to 30% more power and torque when paired with supporting modifications and tuning. The front-mount design avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air setups during low-speed hard slogging, improving reliability and fuel efficiency.
