HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Navara / Pathfinder D40 (Front Mount 2.5L CR TYPE 3)

HPD's front-mount intercooler kit for the Nissan Navara and Pathfinder D40 2.5L common rail turbo diesel uses a larger-than-factory bar and plate core (450 × 300 × 76mm) with 57mm alloy mandrel-bent piping that replaces the factory rubber hoses known to balloon or split under load, causing throttle lag and power loss. Lower inlet temperatures also reduce engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power.

The kit retains the OEM MAP sensor via a CNC-machined boost port on the intercooler tank, and includes quality silicone hoses, German load-rated clamps and stainless steel laser-cut mounting brackets. Being front mounted, it avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air designs, and responds well to tuning with typical gains of 25–30% in torque and power.
