HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota HiLux D4D (Front Mount, 2006–2015, Series 1)

This HPD front mount intercooler kit replaces the factory top mount unit on the Toyota HiLux D4D (2006–2015), delivering better cooling and improved airflow for engines running stage 1 aftermarket turbos and injectors. By lowering inlet temperatures it also reduces engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power.

The kit is built around a bar & plate core measuring 450×240×76mm, with alloy mandrel bent piping (51mm hot side, 63mm cold side), quality silicone hoses, German-made load-rated clamps and stainless steel laser-cut brackets. Front mounting avoids the heat soak that affects top mount and water-to-air intercoolers during low-speed, hard work. Backed by a 1 year warranty.
