HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU (TD42 Front Mount, 2003–2007 Narrow Rad)

Built for the TD42 GU Patrol, this HPD front-mount intercooler kit centres on a massive 600×300×76mm bar-and-plate core capable of supporting 200kw+ at the wheels while holding a stable, cool inlet temperature. It suits the 2003–2007 narrow-radiator Series 4 Wagon and delivers reliable performance even in arid, rugged conditions.

Being front-mounted, it avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air designs during low-speed hard work. The kit is complete with a billet CNC inlet adaptor, twin 10" thermo fans to replace the factory single fan, alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses and load-rated clamps. By lowering inlet temperatures it also reduces engine running temperatures for safer, more consistent power.
