HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU (TD42 Front Mount, Wide Rad 99–03)

HPD's front-mount intercooler kit suits 1999–2003 GU Patrol TD42 models with the wide factory radiator, pairing a 300×280×76mm bar and plate core with HPD's GU turbo kit to support up to 110kW at the wheels while holding a stable, cool inlet temperature in arid, rugged conditions. Front mounting avoids the heat soak that top-mount and water-to-air designs suffer under low-speed, hard-slogging loads.

By lowering inlet temperatures it also reduces engine running temperatures for safer, more consistent power. The vehicle-specific kit includes a CNC-machined inlet adaptor, 51mm hot-side and 63mm cold-side alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses, load-rated clamps and all fasteners needed to install. Larger 450×300×76mm and 600×300×76mm cores are available for 200kW-plus setups.
