HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 105 (Front Mount 1HZ Series 2)

HPD's Series 2 front-mount intercooler kit for the 1HZ LandCruiser 105 uses shorter pipe work that runs directly from the intercooler to the turbocharger and inlet, and includes a TIG-welded aluminium radiator overflow bottle. Built around a 500×275×76mm bar-and-plate core, it will see and maintain safe power levels up to 200kW at the wheels with supporting modifications and tuning.

By reducing inlet temperatures the kit also lowers engine running temperatures for consistent, sustainable power. The front-mounted design avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air setups under low-speed, hard-slogging conditions, and a transmission cooler with a 400×110×50mm core is available for automatic models.
