HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota Prado 120 (Front Mount, 1KZ-TE)

The factory Prado 120 Series 1KZ-TE intercooler is undersized for its application, driving up intake temperatures and EGTs, and is prone to leaking where the end tanks press onto the core. HPD's front mount replacement is considerably larger, providing greater surface area for cooling and improved flow for increased torque and performance.

The kit uses a bar-and-plate core measuring 450×240×76mm, with alloy mandrel-bent piping (51mm hot side, 63mm cold side), quality silicone hoses, German-made load-rated clamps, CNC sensor mounting bosses and laser-cut stainless steel mounting brackets. With the right supporting modifications it can increase torque and power by more than 30% while lowering inlet and engine running temperatures. Backed by a 1 year warranty.
