This HPD front-mount intercooler kit suits 2016–2020 Isuzu D-MAX and MU-X models running the 4JJ1 3.0L engine with a diesel particulate filter. Its bar-and-plate core measures 600×275×76mm — nearly twice the size of the factory unit — lowering inlet temperatures and engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power.

The kit comes with alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses, German-made load-rated clamps and heavy-duty CNC mounting brackets that use the factory rubber mounts on the radiator support, plus a CNC billet map-sensor boss welded to the intake pipe for correct sensor fitment. Being front-mounted, it avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air designs, and an optional automatic transmission cooler can be added to help manage transmission temperatures when towing. It carries a 1 year warranty.
