HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Navara D40 / Pathfinder (2.5L Front Mount Type 1)

HPD's front-mount intercooler kit for the Nissan Navara D40 and Pathfinder 2.5L turbo diesel uses a larger-than-factory bar-and-plate core (450×300×76mm) with alloy mandrel-bent piping, replacing the factory rubber hoses that balloon or split under load and cause throttle lag and power loss. It retains the OEM MAP sensor via a CNC-machined boss on the intercooler tank, and by lowering inlet temperatures it also reduces engine running temperatures. Combined with tuning it typically delivers 25-30% gains in torque and power.

This is the Type 1 configuration; because these vehicles were built in Mexico, Spain and Thailand with differing hot- and cold-side piping, use the product images to confirm your vehicle's type. The kit runs 57mm alloy piping with quality silicone hoses and German load-rated clamps, stainless steel laser-cut mounting brackets and billet CNC weld-on bosses, and its front-mount design avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air intercoolers.
