HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 100 (Front Mount 1HD-FTE)

HPD's direct-fit upgrade intercooler kit for the Toyota LandCruiser 100 Series 1HD-FTE 4.2L runs a larger, thicker bar-and-plate core to keep intake and exhaust gas temperatures within safer, more efficient working limits. It is designed to run with the standard turbo and engine-bay piping and supports mild tuning up to 130kW at the wheels, arriving complete with the components needed for an easy fit.

The factory core measures 270×240×65mm (650cm² surface area, 4212cc volume), while the HPD core measures 280×300×76mm (840cm² surface area, 6384cc volume) — a 29% increase in cooling surface area and a 52% increase in volume. The front-mounted design also avoids the heat soak that can affect top-mount and water-to-air intercoolers during low-speed, hard work. The kit includes the bar-and-plate core, alloy mandrel-bent 57mm piping, laser-cut mounting brackets, quality silicone hoses and German load-rated clamps, all backed by a 1 year warranty.
