HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 79 (1HD-FTE Front Mount, Series 2 PRO)

HPD's Series 2 front-mount intercooler kit suits the Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series 1HD-FTE, which came non-intercooled from the factory. This PRO variant runs a large bar-and-plate core (500×400), alloy mandrel-bent piping stepping from 51mm at the turbo up to 63mm, quality silicone hoses and German-made load-rated clamps. A CNC-machined inlet adaptor, mounting brackets, laser-cut bracketry and a bonnet scoop are included, and it suits factory and aftermarket turbo kits.

By lowering inlet temperatures the kit also reduces engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power, and supports tuning adjustments that can lift torque and power by over 90% in most cases. This variant is supplied without a grille, so modification to the factory grille is required to fit.
