HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Mazda BT-50 (Front Mount, 3.2L, 2012–2020)

The HPD High Performance Diesel intercooler kit suits Mazda BT-50 3.2L models from 2012 onward. It lowers inlet and engine running temperatures, and re-positions the intercooler higher to reduce the risk of off-road damage while still allowing a winch and bull bar to be fitted. A matched HPD transmission cooler helps maintain cooler transmission temperatures when towing or off-roading.

Built around a bar-and-plate 600×300×76mm core with alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses and laser-cut mounting brackets, the kit installs without cutting the radiator support. The cooler intake temperatures respond well to engine tuning, enabling a safe increase in torque and power.
