HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 100 (1HD-FTE Front Mount Series 2 Manual)

This HPD front-mount intercooler kit suits the Series 2 Toyota LandCruiser 100 with the 1HD-FTE engine. Its bar-and-plate core measures 600×280×76mm for 1680cm² of surface area and 12768cc of volume — over 2.5 times the cooling surface and more than 3 times the volume of the factory 270×240×65mm core.

Shorter pipework runs directly from the intercooler to the turbocharger and inlet, and a TIG-welded aluminium radiator overflow bottle is included to suit the direct path. By lowering inlet and engine temperatures it supports consistent, sustainable power well above 200kW at the wheels with HPD's bolt-on Garrett turbocharger kit and supporting modifications. It also improves ground and winch clearance, with alloy mandrel-bent piping, quality silicone hoses, load-rated clamps and a 1 year warranty.
