HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Isuzu D-MAX / MU-X (3.0L Non-DPF 2012–2016 Front Mount)

HPD's front-mounted 4WD intercooler kit lowers inlet temperatures to deliver more consistent, sustainable power and improved reliability on the 3.0L Isuzu D-MAX and MU-X. It uses a 600×300×76mm bar-and-plate core with alloy mandrel-bent piping (51mm hot side, 57–63mm cold side), quality silicone hoses and clamps, and laser-cut mounting brackets. With supporting modifications, most vehicles see up to 30% more power and torque.

Being front-mounted, it avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air intercoolers during low-speed, high-load work, and lower inlet temperatures also reduce overall engine running temperatures. A matching HPD transmission cooler kit can bolt in alongside it to help keep transmission temperatures down while towing, and the kit installs with basic workshop tools and suits leading aftermarket turbo kits that lack an intercooling option.
