HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Mitsubishi Triton (Front Mount, 3.2L, 2005–2015)

The factory intercooler on the 3.2L Triton is only just adequate for the engine's capability in standard form. HPD's kit steps the core up to a 450×300×76mm bar and plate design for greatly improved cooling efficiency, paired with shorter piping and quality silicone hoses and clamps.

By reducing inlet temperatures the kit also lowers engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power. The front-mounted design avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air setups, and it responds well to engine tuning for a safe increase in torque and power. The kit includes alloy mandrel-bent piping (57mm hot side, 63mm cold side) and a stainless steel laser-cut mounting bracket.
