HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 80 1HD-FT (Front Mount, Series 2)

This HPD Series 2 intercooler kit uses shorter pipe work running directly from the intercooler to the turbocharger and inlet manifold, and fits the 1HD-FT turbocharged 24-valve motor only. It features a 450×300×76mm core, alloy mandrel-bent piping, a CNC-machined inlet adaptor, quality silicone hoses and German load-rated clamps, and maintains safe power up to 200kW at the wheels with supporting modifications and tuning.

By reducing inlet temperatures it also lowers engine running temperatures for consistent, sustainable power. An optional transcooler (400×110×50mm) is available for automatic models, and the kit suits both factory and aftermarket turbo kits. Backed by a 1 year warranty.
