HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Toyota LandCruiser 100 (Front Mount, 1HD-FTE Series 2 Auto)

HPD's Series 2 1HD-FTE front-mount intercooler kit for the Toyota LandCruiser 100 uses shorter pipe work running directly from the intercooler to the turbocharger and inlet, and includes a TIG-welded aluminium radiator overflow bottle to suit the direct routing. It offers improved ground and winch clearance, and can handle power well above 200kW at the wheels alongside a bolt-on Garrett turbo kit and supporting modifications. This is the automatic-transmission variant, as the factory transmission cooler will not fit with this intercooler.

The bar-and-plate core measures 600×280×76mm for 1680cm² of surface area and 12768cc of volume — over 2.5 times the surface area and over 3 times the volume of the factory 270×240×65mm core. By reducing inlet temperatures it also lowers engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power.
