HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Mitsubishi Triton (2.5L Front Mount, 2005–2015)

HPD's front-mount intercooler kit for the 2.5L Mitsubishi Triton upgrades the marginal factory unit with a larger 450×300×76mm bar-and-plate core for greatly improved cooling efficiency. It comes complete with shorter alloy mandrel-bent piping (57mm hot side, 63mm cold side), quality silicone hoses and clamps, and a laser-cut stainless steel mounting bracket.

By lowering inlet temperatures it also reduces engine running temperatures, improving reliability and delivering consistent, sustainable power. The cooler intake charge responds well to engine tuning for a safe increase in torque and power, while the front-mounted design avoids the heat soak that affects top-mount and water-to-air setups.
