HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU (ZD30 Common Rail, Top Mount, Series 2)

HPD designed this top mount intercooler kit for the Nissan Patrol GU ZD30 common rail Series 2, addressing the factory unit's tendency to leak where the end tanks press against the core with a rubber O-ring. The larger bar and plate core measures 450×300×76mm, lifting surface area to 1350cm² and charge air volume to 10260cc — over three times the cooling surface and four times the volume of the 170×250×60mm factory core.

A 10" thermo fan mounted underneath keeps intake temperatures down at low driving speeds, and lower inlet temps also bring down engine running temperatures for more consistent, sustainable power. As a direct replacement it suits both stock and tuned engines and performs well up to around 180kW at the wheels.
