These 79 Series 1HD-FTE LandCruisers left the factory non-intercooled, and this HPD top mount kit adds forced-air cooling with a CNC-machined inlet adaptor and air temperature boss for a straightforward fit. It is a complete kit built around a 270×595×60mm bar-and-plate core with 57mm inlet and outlet, an 8-inch thermo fan, quality silicone hoses, German-made load-rated clamps, laser-cut mounting bracketry and a bonnet scoop.

By reducing inlet temperatures the kit also lowers engine running temperatures for consistent, sustainable power.
