HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Holden Colorado RC / Isuzu D-Max (Top Mount 3.0L 2008–2012)

This HPD top mount intercooler kit lifts performance and reliability for the Holden Colorado RC and Isuzu D-Max by lowering inlet temperatures, which in turn reduces engine running temperatures. The bar and plate upgrade core measures 450×300×76mm for 1350cm² of surface area and 10,260cc of volume, up from the factory 260×350×65mm core — roughly a 50% gain in cooling surface area and almost 75% more charge-air volume.

The kit includes a 9″ thermo fan and wiring loom, alloy mandrel bent piping, stainless steel laser-cut brackets, quality silicone hoses and clamps, plus a CNC-machined billet throttle body clamp and map sensor boss for OEM fitment. Paired with engine tuning, gains upwards of 30% torque and power have been seen, and the top mount design suits vehicles fitted with winches or spotlights that restrict front airflow.
