HPD Intercooler Kit — Suitable for Nissan Patrol GU (TD42 Top Mount, 1999–2003)

HPD has designed a high-flow 300×280×76mm top-mount intercooler for the Nissan Patrol GU TD42 (1999–2003), running larger 63mm piping in place of the factory 57mm, a thicker core and cast tanks welded onto the core for longevity and sustained performance. Compared with the factory core (230×220×70mm), it delivers a 66% increase in surface-area cooling and an 80% increase in cooling volume, reducing inlet temperatures and in turn engine running temperatures.

This direct-replacement kit includes a billet CNC-machined inlet adaptor, bonnet scoop, under-bonnet seal plate, aluminium piping, quality silicone hoses, German load-rated clamps and powder-coated support frames. The top-mount design suits vehicles fitted with accessories such as spotlights and winches that reduce front airflow, installs with basic workshop tools, and is backed by a 1 year warranty.
