The HPD PRO top mount kit is built for the TD42 GU Patrol, with a 500×400×76mm bar-and-plate core that supports 220kW+ at the wheels while holding a stable, cool inlet temperature in arid, rugged conditions. Against the factory 230×220×70mm core it delivers almost four times the cooling surface area and a 430% increase in cooling volume.
A 14" thermo fan drawing over 1000cfm runs from a core-mounted temperature switch, operating only when needed for efficient, reliable cooling. The kit includes everything for installation — CNC-machined inlet adaptor, mandrel-bent alloy piping, silicone hoses, powder-coated mounting frames, an oversized bonnet scoop and an EGR removal kit. It suits the factory-intercooled GU Patrol with the narrow radiator only.
